Bathroom Remodel — Brookhaven

Project Overview

This Brookhaven bathroom is one of our most comprehensive remodels — the homeowners wanted to fundamentally change the layout before touching a single finish. TopFlight Builders removed non-load-bearing walls to create an open concept bathroom layout, framed new walls and decorative openings, and installed finish trim and crown molding throughout. The shower, tub, and all tile were fully demolished and rebuilt with tile on the floor, shower walls, and shower pan. Water lines and drains were relocated, a freestanding tub and new toilet were installed, and custom shower glass doors were added. All electrical within the walls was relocated to accommodate the new layout, ceiling fixtures were replaced, and the vanity light was updated. The bathroom was drywalled, painted, and the bathroom cabinets were painted. Quartzite countertops and porcelain sinks complete the vanity.
